Wish mine was, it would mean me being 1 step closer to Calis in September, I'm now wondering if I'll have to rent it out or not, the 1 thing I said I've never do after spending 2 years rebuilding the interior!

It never hurts to retain some sort of asset in the UK a house being one of the better ones to have if you ever have to return for whatever reason.
You can try renting through a housing association - the rent will be fixed and guaranteed for x amount of years and before anyone says that it will be trashed if you let it to homeless people - that's about as likely as if you rent it privately.
And not really that likely at all either way.
Good luck though :)

Thanks Nichola. I can rent my flat out through the council which gives me the peace of mind however they want a minimum of a years lease, maybe once I've had my 6 months trial but not ready just yet!
It's on both rental & sale market, let's see which 1 I get a bite from 1st!

Can't imagine you will want to leave - especially after we get our photo club set up - we're waiting for you and my mate (Alfie) to get here 8)

do the council let it to (anti) Social Housing groups?

I know we're lucky selling it but we took an offer.... why won't anyone else? Really fed up now. Only really selling 'cos we wanted a smaller garden instead of the extremely large one. The house is ok.
