Title: Fire and Wine, Fethiye

We have just returned from Fire and Wine in Fethiye and have had a great evening.  We were the winning bidders of the carafe of wine and cheese plate donated by the restuarant at the recent Calis Children's Charity Promises Auction.  After confirming with the restuarant that it was ok to use the voucher tonight we went along to what I can only say was a brilliant bit of old UK (the type of thing we did regularly at a weekend back home). We were given a carafe of red wine on ice (it needed this as it was really warm this evening) and then we were presented with a huge cheeseboard of English cheeses, crackers, delicious olives (so much so that I had to buy a jar!) and home made pickled onions - heaven!!!  All I craved was celery and Marcus the partner said this was available from Migros from time to time.  A big, big thank you to Fire and Wine - we will certainly be back for more of the same :D

The best and cheapest house wine in the area! We were in there last week and there was a notice inside that said "Coming soon Fullers London Pride 330cl bottles"

We have a big quiz and auction night planned there on the 22nd July if anyone is over and wants to join us ;)

Wasnt there surpossed to be a wine tasting there sometime

We havent got one planned yet but it will happen, it's a great venue.

London Pride hasn't arrived yet. I understand it is held up at the docks at Izmir!
