Title: Red Arrows
Post by: Toky on July 12, 2011, 11:57:34 AM
The skies above the towns along the River Clyde are ablaze with the Red Arrows as part of the Tall Ships Race from Greenock.
What a magnificent display from my window!

What a brilliant sight watching the Tall Ships set sail from Greenock, down the Clyde on their way to Lerwick.
The flotilla following them wa huge, never seen so much activity on the Clyde. Will upload some photos when I get a chance later tonight.
:D

Those planes follow me around, I used to have a front row seat watching them practice daily from my office window in Lincoln and when I moved out to Cyprus back in April they were one of my first sights as there they were doing the very same along the coastline. I never get bored watching them though! :D

Same here Fletch. We used to live near RAF Scampton, and used to watch them often practising. The really are a great sight to behold
