I know this company changed hands this year . Can anyone tell me if the service is still as good as before.

We had a neighbour call us on Friday, 4.15pm UK time to say we had a water leak. I phoned All Aspects and they were there within 10 minutes. I think that is pretty impressive on a Friday evening! We haven't met the new owners as yet but so far, no complaints whatsoever.

Yes we meet knew owners Tony...not sure of the others guys name
We no longer do business with them pulled away last year before they took over but we needed to discuss a few issues.
The impression we got is that they are doing there upmost to give a good service so we wish them well.

Hope they have a better attitude than the last lot.!!

I have used the AA for years and have always found them to
be on the ball and very helpful,nothing was to much trouble.
I work in retail and when people come in with an attitude
it sometimes comes back at them. So the last lot may not
have been so bad!

you must be special,[steve the bike]as i was ignored when i went to see them,
so was people i know,only went in to pay bills.

Paul's attitude was ok but the other two.... dreadful
and their prices well ...some quotes for work I would not have paid in the UK.
The company we now use are excellent: First class at a good price.

Paul,Pauline,Janet and Ahmet are all lovely hard working people.Its easy to put a downer on people when they cannot respond although I understand it is annoying when people get it wrong but hey ho we're all human.
I wish the new owners the best of luck so lets not sully the name in case it rubs off on them.

In the 9 years I have had my house in Calis(not in a complex or with a maintenance contract) I have had many varied disasters. I cannot praise A.A Maintenance highly enough for all the help in coping with them. This has also been the case with the new partners. I now also rely on them for help with my minor disasters combined with Fethiye Property Services(Engin) for my major building disasters who I also praise extremely highly.

I have used AA since they started and cannot praise them enough, they have gotten me out of some very tricky situations and have been gracious and helpful always.
I met the new guys in May and have to say they too seem to be very helpful and pleasant. I wish them all the best and hope AA continues to go from strength to strength and build on the success that Paul,Pauline, Janet and Ahmet achieved.

I only went to a special skool, but i still say that
treat people as you would like to be treated yourself and
you will not go wrong. As for the price of work quoted you
could always say no, but we had no problems.!

I know several people that have use AA....mixed reviews I would say I have heard...
If you want good property management, I can highly recommend Olga at Interturk...she is fantastic...

We've used AA for a number of years and have been particularly impressed with new owners (Tony and Peter). When we were last there we had the misfortune to be burgled but the help and support from Peter and Tony was excellent. They are responsive and continue to make our life a lot easier. Highly recommended. Keith & Lucy.

We have never used a managment company but when we were over here on holiday there was a problem with a bad smell coming out of the apartment opposite. They had an AA sticker on the door which said they could be called out at any time. This was 5.30 in the evening on a Friday. 2 women came up and were extremely annoyed to have been called out and I would say that their attitude was rude and surley. I have worked in the service industry all my life and owned hotels etc. I have never been rude to a customer because they pay my wages. I dont have an attitude problem Steve. Honest. This was 3 years ago so not anything to do with the new owners.:D

I tried them out. They cleaned a friends villa for them and it was excellant service. Would use them again.

Unfortunately through experience over the last 3yrs of living on 2 different complexes which have been maintained by All Aspects I have had to suffer the pathetic efforts of their pool and complex maintenance. When Paul and Pauline were in charge the customer service was a little better but the new guys do not seem to have any customer service skills at all, as when a complaint is made there only response seems to be that if you don't like the way they do it go elsewhere!! I would seriously advise anyone who has thoughts on taking AA on as a maintenance company to reconsider.
