There are some excellent apartments for sale in Scarborough and it is really quite a nice place now. One thing I would recommend though is to go for a freehold one rather than leasehold. The latter can be a real pain in the butt. There are numerous freehold apartments for sale on the South Side (near 'The Royal'). Might move there ourselves one day  :)
