Last night I got through to an engineer in the hanger instead of Thomas Cook head office! Went to the Portsmouth branch today & have to say the lady in there was superb and that's all sorted.
Just all the others to deal with now!

71 year old pensioner didnt want to have her dog put down so the RSPCA take her to court charge her with animal cruelty and tag her, she is not allowed out in the evenings now.

The countries gone mad.
