The whereabouts of the Rose restaurant & also the Fine & Wine Winebar?

I've just seen them mentioned in other posts but I've no idea where they are...

Not sure about the Rose restaurant, but the Fire & Wine wine bar is just off the promenade in Fethiye across the road on the corner from the"heads" monument.

Rose is on the Prom, Over bridge onto the prom, turn right and is about 100 yards up.
