We went to King's Garden on Sunday night with 7 fellow guests from Violet. As soon as we arrived Salih pulled me to one side to show me his new Certificate of Excellence from Tripadvisor of which he was, understandably, very proud. I'm pleased to say that all had a fabulous meal and enjoyed the excellent service and setting. It's always a relief when you make a recommendation and everyone is satisfied. After all, not everyone thinks alike :) I'm hoping Keith will add the certificate photo for me.

This sounds great, could you point me in the direction of King's Garden please. [?]

It's just by the steps up to the rock tombs, but they do pick ups as well if you book in advance

I remember getting an email from some guy called Salih, where he told me he had taken over the running of a restaurant from his father. Things were fairly slow and was a little lost as to what he could do to get some custom. With a nervous enthusiasm, he explained that he didn't want to make a mistake on the forum but would like to let people know about the restaurant and what he planned to offer. I just checked and that was only 9 months ago, the first email came on 13th January this year.
Well, sounds like he did a good job - well done Salih, what an achievement!!!

Isn't it great that Fethiye restaurants are making their mark on such a highly rated travelers site such as Tripadvisor.
Well done Kings Garden :)
-
It is indeed great but so much greater because it is an award that comes from the people who matter - their customers, rather than some stuffy old critic. It's also great for CBF - we may not crown the kings but I do think we play a kingmaker role ;)

Well done Salih and all the staff fully deserved

I add my congratulations ...but I still can't find the place!
Coming down the hill from Kale Park, I pass the sarcophagus in the road and take the next right (I think) and come up to the rock tombs with a little parking place and a narrow road continuing up to the right. Anywhere near the bulls-eye? Thanks.
-
heello thanks for your comments
when you coming down hill from kale park turn right from first right end of the hill or let me know when you coming i will send you a car
also little parking place just a minute away from our place just going up the hill near the park. :))
we are at the top road directly in front of the rock tombs (amyntas)
kind regards
SALiH
