Easy Jet have released flights for next year  2012 Edinburgh - Dalaman. Some flights as low as £29.99 one way in May.  However, no flights after 1st September for some reason.

Easyjet will not let you book any seats at all.  I believe it's a free for all when you board.  However, I am sure that's worth putting up with seeing the flights are so cheap.

You can pay for early boarding, which allows you to get on the plane first.

You can pre pay for priority boarding or the earlier you check in, you'll join queue a,b,c etc. Once priority boaring has been called forward, then they'll let queue A go forward to board, then B etc. It's not such a free for all like Ryanair.

Thats all changed now - at least to Dalaman. If you pay for speedy boarding you get SB on your boarding card. SB's have a seperate queue and board first followed by special assistance and anyone with under 5s then its everyone else reagrdless of how early you checked in or even if you've booked in on line 60 days in advance :(
Speedy booking doesnt cost much, but even when we've not paid for it we've always got a seat.

 Well you will get a seat, not even easyjet send more people on than they have seats :D

thx for this info.Managed to replace my scrapped Onur Air flights,
for next June...and saved a tenner as well!!
