I am sure we had a thread recently that said the council would do it for about 80 lira - try the "search"

We have been told by the belediye that in 18 months everyone will have to be connected to main drains. This happened recently to neighbours in the next block of apartments. Their tank cracked and they were advised that they now had to pay 600TL per apartment and then find a your own firm to do the job at a cost of between 750TL and 900TL!!! there are 9 in their block and 9 on ours so a nice little earner coming their way if everyone has to adhere to this. Not to mention the mess this will cause having all our paths dug up.
