Hi everybody,

We shall start again to our enjoyable cookery lessons soon...
Once a month with so special menus...in Turkish & Ottoman cuisines with printed recipes...

Afterwards we will eat what we have prepared for lunch

Please contact me by e-mail as on my profile for further information...

All my best wishes,

Phyllis at Misafir evi in Kayakoy also does lessons. We had a wonderful morning there, learning to cook,  and hear about Turkish cuisine and culture. Then we all sat together to eat the feast that had been prepared. www.kayamisafirevi.com will get you in touch with her. She sets up sessions for small groups of people as and when required. We go occasionally and are always made to feel welcome.

Thought this thread was about Neylan's cookery course.?
Perhaps you ought to start another thread with your advert Rosy rather than try and hijack this one.

We've got a vacancy for a cookery teacher as Neylan wants nothing to do with CBF anymore!

The topic is Turkish cookery lessons, which is why I responded to this one. Phyllis and Neylan are friends and I am sure  they do not have any problems with both being mentioned.. I have been to both lessons, both enjoyable in different ways. Neylans is a cookery course and Phyllis's is more of a social outing catering for small groups and bookable on a one off basis which suits me at the moment. Sorry if this upset you Fiona, I only gave a plug as not everyone wants to travel to Uzumlu and may find Kaya Koy to be closer for them. I hope this helps.
