The reason that I like this is, as someone who did body-building from the age of 19, until I was almost 4o, I can appreciate the total dedication that is required in order to reach the heights that this young woman has.
For the uninitiated, she will only looked "ripped", as in the pics, for competition, as with male body-builders, the body soon takes on a more "normal", although still very muscular appearance, once the rigorous competition training has stopped. You go for it girl !!  :D:D:D:D
P.S. One of the most beautiful female body-builders, (in her prime) is a lady called Gladys Portugues, wife of Jean Claude Van Dam .

On the subject of body building, may I remind you of a story by Phil Tufnell of when he was fielding in the outfield in Australia during an Ashes series. He made a bit of a hash of fielding the ball and let it trickle over the boundary. One wiseacre in the crowd shouted out, "Hey Tufnell, can I borrow your brain?    I'm building an idiot".

I'm with Gordon on this one. It is nice to know that there are still a few ladies around who make an effort at fitness.
