Monarch are and have been for some time, I booked my September flights a few months ago....they are not the cheapest but I consider them to be the best...

Easyjet are only offering up to 1st September at the moment, i think there are lots of us watching for further dates, i think they will be up for sale in about 6-8 weeks time, just have to keep looking as the flight prices go up sooooo fast once we are start booking..
