What is the difference between lipton black label and lipton yellow label i.e. what is the strongest thanks. ;)
-
I would be interested in the answer but I have only found Lipton's yellow label and Dogus black label. I tried the latter and they are not bad, not quite like home but good enough to see us through.
-
Sorry but I've never seen Lipton black label tea...
-
Liptons only manufacture yellow lable tea bags, but they do use a black leaf tea in the mix if thats is any consulation. :)
-
If you like a strong brew try the Dogus red label .The round bags, not the square ones with the strings attached .Some of my visitors started bringing me Typhoo not sure of what I would be offering, but they liked the red label . Most of my visitors dont like the Turkish chai.Funny that 2 countries reknown for itheir tea drinking have such different tastes!

Good strong tea is Dogus Demlik Posey Siyah Cay - Black Tea, round tea bags.
-
Try "DOGADAN Gizli Bahce" ( green package ), buy the round ones for teapot but put them in your mug - might be strong enough and cheaper than teabags with strings. They have no strings and must be fished out with a spoon...
-
That's exactly what I like, tea with no strings. ;)
