Title: Thursday afternoon charity quiz. Forecast is SUN!!

The weather is going to be back to normal for the Quiz this Thursday. Steve has provided some great prizes and we have a super hamper of English goods including Thortons chocolates and Baccardi. Tom Moss will be singing and there will be aa Turkish belly dancer. This will be a great fun afternoon out so come and join us. 8) 8)

Entitlement to opinion is my answer to that, I, like lots of other people around the area, just DESPISE the arrogant little s*^t, but I at least have the cojones to come out and say it..

What a brilliant afternoon we had at Cafe Soul today  - a huge, huge thankyou to Steve for organising the event and hosting the quiz, the many people who attended and to both Jane the belly dancer and Tom who performed for free. The belly dancer even gave us the 10TL note from her cleavage as a donation for the children!

The team who won the boat trip for 4 donated by Carole and Tayfun put it back for us to auction which raised an extra 60TL.

The afternoon with the raffle and donations of 160TL raised 671TL for the children. A great result, thanks to all.

I know everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but please can we not spoil a great day with adverse comments about one of the performers as it is not really the place to do so

Whatever you think of Mr Moss - there is no disputing he can sing :-)  It was a lovely afternoon - shame our team didn't do better in tge quiz but we still enjoyed ourselves - thanks to the oraganisers and a good sum raised  :-)

It was a great turnout and we had to borrow tables from the adjoining bar to accomodate everyone. The  sun as I promised shone all afternoon. It was an excellent afternoon and a good atmosphere. We had lots of people coming to us saying how much they had enjoyed themselves. Thanks a lot Steve for organising it all and thanks to Jayne and Tom. Dont forget the quiz at the Eyna Bar on Friday afternoons. Sun again!!!!!
