Title: calis exercise to music class

Does anyone know if the exercise to music class is restarting this winter. If so what days and where ?
I attended last year and thoroughly enjoyed it.
I've missed it and can't wait to get back.

Steve want's to put more dance aerobics in this yr but don't wont 2 put off the men. we also have more bumbells this year but yes all equipment is provided all you will need is water & a towel but as has been said it is Great Fun !! and a good way to meet people hope to see you there in November :-\

You are talking about most of us (or should I say all of us after the summer of eating out & drinking too much !!!!) You do just as much or as little as you can (if it your 1st time come at 10am so Steve can help with choice's you can do ect) but most of all it's fun no one will be looking or laughing as we will all be in the same boat.

exercise in the evening isnt that what steve keep asking for every nite ?? :-\

Not sure were Yaniklar is but the Kaan is just off the Baris Mancho road. if you are comming from Gunlakbasi it's on the right, but from Calis front it's on the left. If you know P.J's bar it's the second road past the bar on the left (1st wide rd past bar) and the Kann is in that road on the left. I hope this help's if not email us with a phone no; and we will talk about better directions.
It's 5TL each class
Would love to see you there all the girls are great & even the men are not too bad Ha Ha

Post by: Boxerdogs on November 29, 2011, 14:45:27 PM: Hi all just to let you all know due to the fantastic turn out we have to split the class. From this Friday we are now doing 2 classes on Tuesday & Friday 1st one starting at 9.30 - 10.30 and then the 2nd starting at 10.45 - 11.45.
This will also help when the wet weather come's so we can all fit inside.
Steve would like to thank all the girls & men that come to the class & there support.

As most of you know there is no class this week as Steve & I was due to fly off to Isatnbul and Steve's race
The class will be back on Tuesday the 6th March. As we hope the bad weather is a thing of the past we are going back to 1 class on Tuesday and 1 class on Friday starting at 10am.
Now don't eat too much this week and see you on the 6th xx

Sorry late getting this on but Steve has just got back from kaan he has tried to dry the floor but the floor is just too wet. So the class is off for to-day.
The forecast is good for Friday also from next week if it rains on a Tue we will do another class on a Wednesday.

Post by: Boxerdogs on March 07, 2012, 06:18:17 AM: Thanks Cinders the race went well he come 1st in his age group and 2nd in the over 40's and 14th in the whole race (any age) of 980 people. It was a good week-end with a lot of people flying in form all over Turkey, Germany and even the USA I think we should do one here in Fethiye just think of all the extra money for the hotels ect.
Anyway he has still has a lot of go left in him for the keep fit see you Friday xx

This will be a harder class then the narmal exercise to music class, but there will be easier alternatives.
The class will start at 10am this Saturday as a trial and if needed or wanted then every Saturday : :)

Really enjoyed the class - different to the normal exercise to music which is really good, but this gives a bit of variety. Looking forward to next Saturday to do it again!

Just to let you all know that this Friday the 27th is the last class till the winter as the Hotel is now open.
The class will start at 9.30 as my son is flying home and I need to see him off.
