They might well do, further evidence that if you are rich enough you can buy your way to the top of the game.

Scun, agreed mate. Which team do you support?  Hey I know its a division lower, but it's not working for Sven at Leicester huh.
Could be another ex-England manager in the championship looking for a vote of confidence LOL

OMG I think there may be a few shoes thrown about the MU dressing room today!!
What a tanking. I cannot see anyone beating City now.  A billionaire certainly
can make the difference.  The league is well and truely bought.

Don't talk rubbish!!! They can buy as many world class players as they want but if there is no team spirit or coherence then the league isn't going to be won.

It was pleasing to see the smiles and camaraderie in the City team today. That hasn't been seen for many many years at City!!

Sorry, but would M.C. be where they are now without endless amounts of money being spent on players?  Does it make no difference at all that the club can spend, spend, spend?
i am being totally honest when I say I wish a Billionaire would buy my club.

I think H is referring to Man City being beaten again this season - having followed them for a few years they will now likely lose to QPR & Norwich  ;)

I was indeed Ian - there is no way that Man City, or any other Premier League side, will go 29 games without being beaten.

Probably not but it's not just about the money. Chelski have money but not the same team spirit. Manure have the money but not the same team spirit, same for Liverpool and Arsenal.

I'm not so sure that's true tinx, not of late I admit but where Chelsea were non-existent for about 30 years we were always about. You should show a little more respect for a team that has never been in a lower division and qualified for the champions league 14 years on the trot, all without spending huge amounts of cash we don't have!  ;)

Arsenal have a solid business platform that doesn't rely on one bloke that could drop us like a stone and leave us broke.

We were until recently playing the sexiest football in the premiership and only last season beat a team classed as the best side in the world, all with no money and with young kids.

Believe me when I say that it matters not that we as a team have won nothing for 6 years, I go to the Emirates and watch fantastic football being played the way I like it to be played, I admit that this season we are struggling but that's football unless you have billions to buy success. Sorry, but winning it feels so much better than buying it!!

Can someone tell me why Manchester City's management team, and there must be a few of them, let Balotelli on the pitch with that t-shirt on.

Team spirit is generally helped when there are 11 men in that team ;) I know you love the Chelski Tinx, but do you really think this Chelsea team/squad is going to hold up for decent run at the Prem and/or the CL?  Perhaps they could if Uncle Bramo spends big in January again?
