i have tried to pay for an item i won on ebay and a donation to the turkish earthquake and when i had gone through the proceedure it would not let me pay
we cannot proceed with this request at this time
anyone had this happen to them trying to pay with paypal[|)]

Bought an item on ebay this morning including donation to earthquake fund, no problems, went straight through and been informed item dispatched
