Title: I'm looking for a meeting room
Post by: nichola on November 11, 2011, 11:39:50 AM
I am looking for a meeting room probably Calis but Fethiye is an option too.

It needs to be able to comfortably accommodate up to 15 people and be relatively private.

I have had suggestions so far of

- E bar does anyone have a number for Efe or can tell me where this is?

- the Church community house

This would be for 4 days w/b 29th October 2012

Thanks in anticipation

Nichola

They have a very good room at the Harman Hotel in Calis which can be set up however you need it - for presentations, tables set up etc. They can also provide coffee and even lunch if required.

We have used the room in the Harman Hotel in the past.  Will accomodate 15 without any problems.  Comfortable and private, and the staff are very obliging.

Have visited both the Harman and the E Club tonight; I'll feed back as others may be interested in the future.

The Harman is fine - with large ish and private meeting room. They have pull down screen for showing presentations.

The E Club has a large meeting room in their basement but... because of the time of year I want it they can offer a really spacious room just inside from the terrace that leads to out door restaurant, gardens and has sofas and comfy chairs as well as tables and chairs plus an area for drinks etc.

Will check out the bar near the Melody Bar - does it have a name...

The Culture Centre is ruled out due to anticipated bureaucracy...

The other above named bar I have issues with over whether or not my 2 gin and tonics actually had any gin them  8)

Thanks for suggestions so far...

No idea what you want it for Nichola but the Club E has lovely staff & I've been very well looked after on each visit so far, the owner is very friendly & speaks almost perfect English. If I'd known you were across the road I'd have made you a cuppa lol.
