Title: what days October Easyjet flights?
Post by: sunlover on November 11, 2011, 17:39:38 PM: Does anyone know if easyjet fly the same days October as they do September from Stansted, as we can book our outgoing flights for September 2012 but not return yet, and as we are still working we need to go out on certain days.... i know they will be up for sale soon but the flights going out are such a good price it,s very tempting to get booked now, but it could mean between a 10 day or 13 day holiday depending what days they fly...

and we obviously want the 13 days 8)

Post by: Karennina on November 15, 2011, 20:21:15 PM: Also dont forget Sunlover if you make two separate bookings and you pay by credit card you will get two charges, could not belive when I booked hubby's last month Easyjet charged something like £15, it seems to ring a bell that another member said on here a while back about the high charges with Easy jet when making a booking:(

Post by: sunlover on November 16, 2011, 09:38:17 AM: Easyjet flights for October 2012 are still not up for sale, and as we cant travel until after 23rd sept next year i need to return October..

as for the extras, we will have to wait and see what the full cost is when available, and then decide who to travel with, but not a great deal of choice from Stansted so normally easyjet wins us, as we only have to travel 30 minutes up the road....

Post by: hillside on November 16, 2011, 09:49:15 AM: We booked our August flights outbound when they were released although we couldnt book the September inbound until they were released last week. Really pleased we did it that way as we ended up paying £160 for the round trip. An extra booking fee of £8 is irrelevant with savings like that. October flights from Stansted this year were not reduced....

Post by: sunlover on November 16, 2011, 20:10:44 PM: Mmmm, totally agree Hillside the costs are not to bad if you get a really good deal.... and yes September prices are a really good deal, but we really want the 13 days and not the 10 days, so i think we will have to wait ... because if the dont return on a wednesday we will be stuck.... and then the return prices can vary such a lot and could move to October to go out if necessary as have done that before...

just hurry up Easyjet and release them:D

Post by: kizkucuk on November 18, 2011, 21:44:18 PM: I had an email today to say late summer flights are now on sale. Usually October is the same as the summer - the end of the season is the 31st sometimes last flights are 27th or 28th and sometimes go into November by a couple of days.

Same here Fran, email today changing our flights from Manchester next May. We were flying out at 1.00pm (which was just about right, not early hours of the morning and not late at night!) but it's now flying out at 5.30pm which will get us into Dalaman 11.45pm. Not too bad I suppose but would have prefererred the earlier one.

Seems easyjet are changing loads of flights to lots of their destinations.

Post by: sunlover on November 20, 2011, 19:35:01 PM: We have decided to take the plunge and book just a one-way flight at mo... with all the charges i think it will still be a good deal as the flights are rising in prices, so the charges compensate for this as the flight would have been more expensive in time...

now just need the October 2012 flights to come out..
