Title: Hi everyone coming to look around in April

Hi Everyone,
Myself, Debra my wife and baby daughter Skye are coming over to Oul Deniz in April. We have visited Oul Deniz six times now on holiday and think it is beautiful; but we are now hoping to move over to live,and have a better enviroment to bring up our daughter.

So really we thought we would have a weeks holiday whilst hopefully getting to know more...
Having read some of the posts it seems that getting a job could prove a bit of a nightmare. I am a self employed plumber & tiler at the minute but that type of job is out of the question for me in Turkey.

I was hoping to train to work in the diving industry and i have got information on that already, it would be great to live the dream..

Our house went on the market today we would like to move by June?
We were really hoping to get a long term rental property to start with so we can see how things go maybe in Calis area, fethiye, Oul Deniz  or similair. Can Anyone help us with that?

Anyway thats a little bit about us if anyone can help us please reply we could even meet up in April and make some new freinds.

Hello Simon and Debra, welcome to the forum. I shall br in Calis from April 9 to 16. I may even take the dolmus to Oludeniz if the Paraglide firms are operating!. Good luck with your venture.

Welcome to the forum and hope all goes well with your proposed move.  We have an apartment 5 mins from Olu Deniz and will be out there to furnish it 1st to 15th April so would be happy to meet up for a drink if you're there at the same time.

Welcome to the forum Simon & Debra.
Good luck for the future, it may be difficult to find someone to train you fully during the season as they are very busy with the tourists. It will be worth your while going to Fethiye in April to speak to some of the companies there.

Hi Simon. All the best and may catch up with you in April as I'm over there too.  I might call on your services as plumber and tiler if your up for it? All the best with the diving dream too. Am also hoping to do my PADI course this year, but not quite ready to make the move out there just yet! Another year though and I'll be there with the rest of you guys. Something to look forward to.
