Has anyone heard of these or do they have another name?  Amy info would be grateful as we are looking for 4 bed villa to rent from 6th 20th August 2012.

They sell property and do not have rentals. What they have is a "try before you buy" option which might be your idea for a holiday but certainly wouldn't be mine  ;)

Try Joy Lettings they have some nice villas
