If tidying up your registry and freeing up RAM isn't your sort of thing, I reckon this is a half decent program and now it is free using this link - just take a note of the registration code and type it in when asked to when installing. It has plenty of one button options - just click on recommended checks and let it get on with it.

I use Registry Reviver - which is pretty good, very easy and cheap too  :)
