Wonder why someone earning £170.000 per week has to re-mortgage his house three times? Terry now has a mortgage debt of 4.65 million, which must be worrying at his age. What is he spending his money on[?]

other mens wives or girlfriends probably Jacqui. ;)
-
At least he is not wasting it then! ;)
-
In fairness he could earn enough to pay the mortgage off in about 27 weeks

William Hill might have something to say about that.: :):D

Maybe the Sun should emigrate - one of the primary characteristics of EPKs is an insatiable interest in the finances of others. It is fairly conceivable that at the level of earnings of Terry, the return on investments is way higher than current mortgage rate - you don't need to be an accountant to work out that if your investments are doing well in a low bank rate environment, a mortgage can be financially far wiser than buying a house for cash ;)

Not only the Sun carried this story. Lots of other Newspapers, but I heard it first on Sky News
when they intimated he may have some personal problems and that he is known to be a heavy gambler.
Note from the story also he has re-mortgaged his M.I.L's home too!!

I don't understand why that is any bodies business but his own....certainly not headline news as I see it.
-
My thoughts *exactly* - man has mortgage equivalent to less than half his annual earnings - I wish mine was!!!
-
Sounds like he needs someone to stick one of his football boots where the sun don't shine, what a waste of air this man is!
-
Absolutely his own business and no bodies else.
Maybe he buys lots of second hand designer goods Jacqui.

Jeez give the bloke a break. On the one hand the Levenson enquiry goes on and on the other a bunch of dullards digging up stuff that is nobodies bees wax but his own. Green eyed monsters?
