is there a site which gives information on traffic/weather reports, ie snow on the roads to Antalya?

This is the web address of the institution responsible for the roads in Turkey : www.kgm.gov.tr . Looks quite confusing and the english pages are not sufficient. Have a look yourself.

In order to find the correct answer to your question however , questioning the bus drivers coming from Antalya at the bus terminal might be more efficient.
