Title: Long term rental needed

Looking for a long term rental on behalf of a friend. She is looking for a 3/4 bedroom villa with private or shared pool and garden. Not on a complex please or if it is then only 2 villas. Furnished or un furnished doesnt matter.If anyone can help this is greatly appreciated. Will sign a year contract.
