Well the suns out again today, clear blue skies 18c today and for the rest of the week.Could be the second highest recorded tempreture for march for years.Down side stuck in bed with the dreaded virus and chest infection what everyone seems to be getting so cant enjoy it.Still its a early bonus out to turkey end of april for 2 months.

So, what's so good about that? Seems that the south east of England will have drought conditions water restrictions imposed by the start of April. This may be extended even into my part of the world. The BBC News (Online) assures me this will not affect the multi-billion pound farce of the Olympics nor the Queen's Jubilee. I cannot tell how overjoyed I am at this reassurance.
P.S. Good news. With clear skuy we will be able to see Jupiter-Venus conjunction after nightfaal tonight. It will be in the Western sky. In the east there will be a good view of (red planet) Mars. Or so I'm told.

Saw them Saturday night Colwyn.. Really clear in North Yorks.
Good news today is grass cut and washing done all on solar power :) Dishwaser also a full cycle for free. Just a pity we can't store it for use at night.

Great stuff Mike! I'm really annoyed with myself for telling BG about my meter going backwards last year. I'm sure I could have got most of the winter out of them if I hadn't mentioned it :(
Jupiter-Venus are so clear tonight and Mars is quite visible as well.

Its misty here now, no stars visible :( The story of my life, when my ship came in I was at the airport. :( ;)

I'm also reliably informed that on a clear night you can see Uranus.
