Thanks Heather, Nice of you to think of me.   I have seen this site as I remember the irritating message at the side that you cannot get rid of.  
I think the things on this American? website are far too cheap. I have never seen designer stuff as cheap as this particularly the Mulberry Bags and the Jimmy Choo Shoes, even the Mulberry sales are never as cheap. I would be a bit suspicious of their stock.  The website itself seems to be copying the Net-a-Porter website and looks very similiar. :o
I think the Outnet website in the U.K. (which is advertised at the top of CBF) is a safer bet to buy designer stuff. ;)

Chinese I think judging by the website. Probably very good copies even though they insist they are real.

Thanks Stoop, I just knew there were fakes, the Chinese are so good at faking just about everything!!
