I'm thinking about starting up a drama club somewhere in either Fethiye or Hisaronu / Calis and I'm looking for some like minded people who fancy getting involved (kids and adults).

I've been involved with the theatre in some way or another for most of my life and have performed, written and directed at various times.

I really miss being a part of a theatre group so I'm looking into the logistics of setting one up here. At the moment I have no idea what kind of things we'll be performing, where or even how we will fund the performances etc. so I'm looking for anyone who is interested in performing, backstage work, sound and lighting as well as people who would be interested in the administration of the group (we'll probably have to get permission from the local authority to set up as a group etc.)

So anyhoo, if you're interested, please let me know and we can arrange a get together!

Terrie & I have been saying we'd love to do this for ages but we didn't want to run it. Were both in Calis.

Always felt that we needed to introduce Panto to the Turkish people!

Great idea even just for play readings to start with.
