I went into First Choice today, and they are selling 2013 flights/Holidays as from 26th April.:D 8):D

Before TC think about putting 2013 flights on sale, they need to sort the 2012 ones out first.
Just been into our booking for July on which I completed the API and pre-booked the seats last week, noticed that though we have had no notification off them, the outward flight is now going 40 minutes later (not too bad) but the return is now 24 hours later!!! might sound good but don't get back now until a Monday morning and not sure if I can get the additional day off work :(

I usually book maximum 2 weeks before I go or less. 18 months ago on the friday before Kurban bayram I was looking through expedia in the afternoon, booked a flight to Bangkok and left 2 hours later for Ataturk airport. Did something similar for a trip to Vegas although for that I did book 2 days before I actually left.

That happened to me too Diane acouple of years back, it was only when we were already in resort that I realised . Had to phone work from Turkey, luckily they were really good about it. I don't know why I didn't notice sooner =/ fingers crossed for you.
Starman,If I wasn't working I think I would give that a go, sounds a really exciting way to start a holiday.

Think TC must still have some problems with their computer system, received an email this morning notifying us of the changes in flight times and giving us 3 options - accept the changes, ring them to try and rearrange different flights but pay any difference or have a refund.
The email states as the website did last night that the return flight departs Dalaman @ 23.30 on a Sunday arriving Manchester 06.00 on the Monday morning, this makes the flight 8hr 30mins!!
The website now states departing 03.30 on a Sunday arriving Manchester 06.00, this sounds more realistic but going to ring them tomorrow before I accept anything.

Why haven't they offered you a change of flight at their expense?? Is this something new that TC are doing and the other airlines will follow?? I came out better with my EasyJet flight for May

my flight was changed by just an hour with easyjet,. and they offered me the option to change to another flight on another day at no cost to myself/ happy lady, as i changed the the day before and got an extra day out of them! shame on Ftc if they cannot do the same....

I do work but I usually know what dates my vacations are. I almost all the time use expedia as they do great deals if you combine hotel and flights.

There were then 2 click buttons 1 to accept and 1 for a refund. I have spoken to them this morning and the email I received is incorrect and now have to wait for a new one with the correct return times!!!
