Title: Help Please!

I managed to print off all my holiday tickets etc today (boss was off!!) When I got them home I realised that my flight tickets still have the old times listed before they changed them. The same with transfers and accommodation.

I logged back into Fly Thomas Cook, but even when I view everything it still has the old times on, However the itineray list has been changed with the new times. Do I contact them for new printed tickets or do I just show the old ones with the new itinery papers?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Surely, the crucial information will be the flight no. If the that is correct, the times are pretty irrelevant

Thats what I was thinking, as the itinery bit has been updated to the correct time.

Hi Bernie,
I had to ring TC today as when I received notification that our flights had changed it turned out they had made a mistake on the return flight and I have been waiting for a new confirmation.
The lady I spoke to said she would send a new email with the correct itineray and that I needed to print this off as they are now a ticketless airline and that was all I would get.
Can't recall seeing this anywhere on their website!!

Thanks Diane, I finally got a response from them by emailing them on facebook. They said tickets are ok aslong as I take the new itinery with me. Thanks for the feedback, I,m ok with this in the uk but Dalaman will be another story i,m sure..
