Just retured from 2wks in calis went for the sole perpose of getting our tapu & paying the rest of money for the bathroom we had put in .but[wrong sink fitted,wrong mirrow,light not put back,wood around door not put back,no sealant round base of shower cubital,and to cap it all aleak in the kittchen that we bid not have before thay started asked the estate agent that recomended this firm!three times to come and look at the bathroom & three times after setting a time did not turn up.came home without paying were do we stand now? but we got our tapu for our deniz kent property:D

Congratulations on your tapu and your new leaks (maybe that was an added extra).........
Perhaps you should send your estate agent the link to this forum and tell them if they don't help get it sorted you will name and shame!

At least you have yours, have been told that ours will be delayed. Am glad to see that someone has a good sense of humour, re the reply. Giving you some moral support. In fact, am expecting ours to spring (sorry..no pun intended) a few surprises as well. We'll see. am sure they'll be put right n you'll enjoy your new place.

Simple - don't pay until it's sorted. We had problems with our plumber too and he had to come back twice before we got the leaks fixed. He sorted it in the end though.
