Title: Nargile / hubblebubble pipes

What`s actually in them? The reason i ask is we went to an Arabic Restaurant in England this evening and in the "Garden area" there were lots of people enjoying these pipes, it was called a garden area but it was in fact enclosed with a roof and i just wondered how this gets past the smoking laws for in doors as the place was full of smoke! No alcohol on sale either but id bet a pound to a penny i could have come out feeling quite refreshed if id been inclined !! ;D

Normally here in Turkey it is a scented tobacco and there are lots of 'flavours' like apple or peach etc.

Its tobacco normally fruit flavoured ( melons my fav). Lots of UK smoke houses closed when the indoor smoking legislation came into force. Likelihood is if it was indoors it was breaking the law.
