We tried to pay our health insurance subscription at the goverment bank,they said we would have to pay into the atm outside as they were not taking payments over the counter anymore.After going and trying at the machine with no success, went back into bank and asked if they would show us how to do it! Said he could not leave the bank to show us.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem,and could tell me how to pay through the atm machine.

It may be of help to you to know that it is possible to pay this at the PTT.
(You need to have your reference number with you.)

You can also pay at Vakif bank. You need the main person it is registered in's ref number. Our main person is my husband and they can't find it in my name as second person, even with my reg number.

We use the VAKIF bank just pass main Migros in Fethiye , top class service also speaks English .
All you need is Kimlik No of main person .

Tried to pay at Vakif for the 2nd time and they referred us back to SGK Office. They said problem was with the banks so try again next week or beginning of July. Anyone else having a problem paying?

Yes we went into Ziraat Bank yesterday to pay SGK for June and was told nothing on their computer yet for SGK payments that are due for June.  Told to come back at the end of the Month.  Hopefully they will get it sorted soon.

We had problem as well, went to SGK office and they said the system was being updated and we would be able to pay 2 months in the first week of July.

Thanks for that it seems it's caught out a few of us. Will wait till July to pay.  : :)

Yep same problems here, tried to pay on Wednesday at Ziraat, told to pay via the ATM and given instructions on how to do that etc. however there was a queue so decided to try at Halk bank, told there that the SGK system was not working that day, try later in the months.

We recently joined SGK and were due our first payment before the end of this month. 

I tried to pay at the Ptt and was told that they only accept Bağ kur payments at the post office and SGK had to be paid at a bank.

I went into the Zirrat Bank in Fethiye on Wednesday this week and it was accepted no problem, although I was speaking to a couple in the
Bank who had mentioned that the system was down a few days earlier.

Seems to be okay now.
