Hello Everyone! My name is Diane and I visited Calis last week and was soooo impressed, we are thinking about buying a property there!!  So I thought it would be nice to hear other peoples views on the area etc. Any thoughts please? :-)

Hi Diane & welcome to CBFland. If you are serious about buying in the area, do your research, ask loads of questions & buy only from a reputable estate agent. I bought 8 years ago now, purely as an investment, but then couldn't bear to have strangers using my home. Several years on & I am now living here

we bought 7yrs ago but in catalarik where it is quiet and not far from calis 5mins or so in a taxi

There are many topics and lots of different contributions about people's experiences of buying property here; I am sure you will find members most helpful responding to any specific questions you have.

There is a specific section on this forum where people can advertise their properties (via Scunner the forum owner) which may give you an idea of what is available where.
