A search would have found you this...

The area described in the link is somewhere within the yellow box - I think, someone may be able to confirm or otherwise

If this is the one I am thinking it is it is next to the Samdan restaurant, along from the big shop Ramazan.
Excellent food if it is that one

It's opposite Samdan.
They do a lovely set lunch time menu, was 7tl, but probably a bit more for the summer, soup, choice of main course, salad, rice and fruit desert.

The nicest moussaka I've had
Worth a visit

I now have exact directions for Mozaik so should find Osmanli from there.
Am arriving in 4 weeks so am compiling all the tips I have had from this site into a small toe book. I am sure there will be many more questions in the next four weeks.
A big thank you to everyone who has helped out so far!

With your back to the sea and Migros slightly behind you to your right cross the main road, go up the road opposite which is called Beledye Caddesi as  if you were going towards the fish market.
when you get to ING bank on the corner, turn right, then it's just along there on the left.  It's on Sokak 96

By the way do you know if they cater well for children!

No idea, sorry, but would be surprised if they didn't, children are much more welcome in Fethiye than in the UK.
I remember once trying to take my children out in Brighton at about 8pm when they were about 15 and 11 and ending up having to go to Mc Donald's because most of the Weatherspoons, Yates type cheap pub food places had bouncers on the door and don't allow children in after 7pm!

Shocking meal here a few days ago. Cold main course 40tl for a bottle of wine I saw the waiter go buy from a shop and the Japanese waiter delayed us leaving at every opportunity in order for us to make his restaurant look busier.
Do not eat here!
