This is true, I heard it while driving home yesterday on Radio 2:

Being cross examined, it was stated that Terry had been sent off four times in his career. For the record Terry was asked to say it himself to confirm the fact that it was four times...

Barrister: "Can you say please, 'four times'..."

Terry: "Please, please, please, please"

You couldn't write it, but very funny. Nice one John  :)

He only needed joey barton with him. then everybody would know they were innocent.  ;)
