Title: Sun loungers
Post by: Lynn25 on July 13, 2012, 20:53:31 PM
Hi,
Is there anywhere that anyone can recommend to buy a couple of sun loungers, we are staying at a different accommodation this year to usual without their own outdoor furniture, we are assured it won't be a problem getting a bed around the pool but just in case, we have agreed with the owners that it would be ok to buy a couple and leave them at the complex when we leave.
Thanks.
Lynn

On the seaside route from Calis to Fethiye just past Tansas there are a couple of shops selling garden furniture.

I can't imagine many owners saying "no, you can't buy us two sunbeds" :D

Which complex are you staying on Lynn?
On Violet the owners do no have their own beds but have purchased on behalf of the whole complex and there are always plenty.  In May we bought more which are kept in storage for the busier periods.
I agree with Keith, no one would refuse such an offer.
If I was you I'd play it by ear, there may be no need to purchase any so why go to the extra expense for a two week holiday?

On the seaside route from Calis to Fethiye just past Tansas there are a couple of shops selling garden furniture.
There's the golhislar mobilya which sells cheap furniture and adnan ofis who sell more expensive wooden ones.

Thank you got your help & the info, we're staying at Palm Beach complex near the Mimosa end of the beach for the 1st 3 weeks then walking over to Seaside for the last 1. We usually stay at Seaside & know there's no problem there, we're hoping it will be ok but it's handy to know just in case. 13 more sleeps & counting!    :D

Slightly off topic we have friends who have just arrived in Ölüdeniz armed with sun parasol and beach mats.

She is a bit of a sun worshiper to say the least and likes the beach. They have worked out they can save £100 on their 2 weeks holiday which they can spend on nice meals and wine instead    ;)

The one up from the round about is the most expensive we've came across.
