Title: long term rental - looking for

I am at the looking stage of my search for a long term rental - Calıs, preferably Akarca area but can consider other areas for the right place. Must have 3 bedrooms, not partıcularly interested in a pool. Anyone know of anything. Can be furnished or unfurnished but if furnished, the furniture must be decent. Must have aircon. Anyone know of anything worth looking at?
