hi to all,
after being an estate agent for so many years now i have realise my dream. i have been coding to make the turkeys first property portal in english. i know there have been lots of sites similar but this is different and easier to use .thanks to scunner as well

the ideas came to me last year when i was trying to sell my own property when i wa sliving in uk. oh my god what a waste of time... as i have been in property business i knew many agents and asked them to sell my resale property and i am happy to pay 3% commisision. some of my friends (thanks to them) they did really hard , but most of the agents didnt even bother put it on website or taking a client as they preferred to sell new homes at higher rate. so i didnt have a option of advertising on rightmove for about 600 pounds. and that was a fiasco as well, as first it is too high price and the website yes it does gets thousands of hits but not for turkey. and with couple of issues i needed help and the guys have no idea about turkey. so i wasnt satisfied. hopefully with all your inputs and helps this will be the better than rightmove :)

thank you to all for your sincere support. this has been my dream thing since i was in tur universty and after having so many issues with rightmove overseas and getting no where i decided to do my one and i believe with your support it will better than rightmove.
also the other problem i always seen was in uk if youre looking for property you go to rightmove and all estate agents are under one roof, even they market same property they have to have the same price. but in turkey every ea put different price as they please. so for people who are interested in buying property they will see and compare the prices.
moreover it will help people to decide which ea to go for, which ea is active and uploading fresh properties. i will keep deveoping this website and will be better every day and hopefully it will bring industry standards

hi, sorry to disturb you, but i really need rental propertiees as well, i have got couple of requests to have rental properties on there as some people looking for a place to rent......do you knwo any body who would like to rent out property in tuzla?
