Anyone used thıs company to transport their dogs back to UK. I know the rep ın Turkey ıs called Steve and I have his phone number but ıt ıs always swıtch off. He has just come back from UK but so far unable to contact him.
-
I thought it was a bikini line waxing company
-
I thought it was a Bob Dylan song
-
We used them for our dog and 2 cats when we moved out here nearly 8 years ago. They were excellent. I imagine the service they provide from Turkey to the UK is up to the same standard.
-
Only good if you can contact them. So far no joy.
-
I have spoken to ladyhaye in the UK and at present they themselves cannot contact their rep in Turkey. The UK phone number is:
(Surrey Office) +44 1342 832 161
Email for animals to the uk is inbound@ladyhaye.co.uk
(Contact lady is Allie)
Other email is boarding@ladyhaye.co,uk
Regards
farmer

Thanks Farmer . Not a good way to run a busıness though ıf they can't contact hım eıther. I have emaıled them before on the ınbound emaıl so wıll try the other one now.

You need to speak to Mustafa Karagoz at Megri Vets in Tasyaka. He is their local agent and has worked with them many times to get animals back to the UK. He speaks perfect English and is a lovely man. His number is 0535 629 20 80.

Steve is not employed by Ladyhaye, he is independent.
I'm pretty sure he set off for the uk in the last few days transporting some pets, which may be why he's not contactable.
-
I still thınk this is not the way to operate a business. its unprofessional. He should have a UK mobile number where he ıs contactable when out of Turkey. My frıend is workıng though Kent Vet who also uses hım for hıs UK customers he can't help either. Oh well I expect he wıll surface agaın soon.
-
Some of the journey is by ferry, he may just not have a signal? I would suggest people keep trying, we've heard nothing but good things before.
-
A friend of mine transported his dog back to Manchester earlier this year using Ladyhaye. He only had contact with Mustafa (vet) and Alison (Ladythaye) in the U.K, and everything was fine. My mate didn't know there was a contact in Turkey.
-
Hi, have just contacted Steve via Facebook. His Turkish phone is not working outside of Turkey. He will be back in Turkey on Wednesday if you want to try then, alternatively contact him by email admin@eupettravel.co.uk
Hope this helps.

Mustafa is named as the contact Vet on the LadyHaye website.
"For all the veterinary requirements both UK and Turkish MCV Veterinary Clinic,
Mr Mustafa Karagoz, TEL +90 (0) 535 629 2080"
He will be able to assist.
-
He only has a turkish phone number and that does not work outside Turkey. He does not reply to text either when he is here in turkey.
-
Oh well, only trying to help, he got back to me within 5 minutes.
-
Thanks kayakebab I have emaıled hım thıs mornıng. Hopefully I wıll get a response.
-
Kayakebab you arevalways helpful and positive!
-
Thank you!

Yippee. He answered my email and he is back in Turkey on 1st August. He now uses Serkan as his veterinary assistance for all the procedures and paperwork to transport dogs back to UK not Mustafa. Thanks everyone.

You're welcome, glad you caught up with him!
