It seems none of the furniture or white goods shops open on a Sunday.  We have used Eren Spot lots of times to buy things, but also have shopped around. There is an excellent shop opposite Eren Spot it's on the corner down to the left (away from the market) They have three floors of furniture and white goods. We have bought from them and found them excellent, we also bartered prices down.
There is also a Beko Shop in the one way street which runs parellel to the street Eren Spot is in.  It's almost back to back with Eren Spot.  We recently bought all our white goods there including a freezer.

And helps when things go wrong. Bekir will collect, sort out and return faulty items within their guarantee period. I remember my Vestel microwave died, so I took it over to the Vestel shop, I was surprised that the good English exhibited when I was buying had mysteriously almost completely disappeared - I told them in dodgy Turkish that it was broken, they told me that it was a shop not service. They gave me an address for the Vestel service and I asked why they can't take it. "No car!" the guy said and walked off, leaving me and my microwave. So I had to carry it back to the car, drive, find the place, find another place to park somewhere else, carry the microwave in somewhere for a second time. All this in 40 degree heat.

It's not all about price  :)

Yes if anything develops a fault he will lend you a replacement whilst it is in for repair.  An excellent service.

Hmm..... not quite the service I got in May they failed to turn up to look at the freezer I gave up and got someone else to check it out but yes always had a good service previous to that and it could have been the case of the manufactor letting us down  : :)
