Title: 2100 km trek across Turkey

Not sure if someone posted this already but please move if so.

Just wanted to share an article of which a very good friend of mine is about to undertake. I have known Matt since 2004 so wish him all the luck and will also try and join him on some of his route.

wow, wish I had the bottle to do something like that,
my son walked the Lycean way earlier this year, said it was everything he hoped it would be, and more.

We drove as far as far as Doğubayazıt this spring. Amazing sights and very friendly people.

What a wonderful thing to attempt to do and I wish him success. He is sure to have a few good stories to tell at the end of the journey. How many of us wish we had the courage to achieve something like this.
