Around the market today I saw the above mentioned.
Wrong, wrong, wrong.
I'm starting a campaign for each and every hotel room to have a compulsory mirror!

Hey, the vote is rigged. I voted for the first 4 items and my vote was not registered.

I don't think it should be restricted to women of a certain age, bikini tops and equally equivalent revealing attire should not be worn away from the beach, especially in muslim country. Men with no tops walking down the street and in restaurants is another bug bear of mine .. damn right rude : :)

Does that also include, Barmen and waiters, dancing on the bar with no tops on. And lets not forget those bars that do "The Full Monty" shows. These make me disgusted.

Could be worse too - Flipflops with socks!!!
-
Men walking about covered in david beckham type tatoos, which no one can make head nor tail what they are suppose to represent, oh and some women too, ???
-
Full shoes, black/brown socks and shorts......uuuuurrrggghhhh!!
-
There is nothing more offensive when it comes to what people wear than 'mature' aged British men who wear a "Captain" type of hat because they are going on a boat or ferry. There was always at least one on the catamaran to Rhodes. Get a grip!
-
Oh, and men who wear Hawaiian shorts and bermuda shorts because they are going on holiday. They surely don't realise how stupid they look getting rained on at the Stansted airport long stay car park.
-
The worst are the men in speedos walking on the prom with large beer guts!!
-
Yeah sorry about that

I only wear my speedos when walking to the bakers for my fresh loaf in the morning. They love to say hello but hate to say goodbye

Hate to see men with no shirts walking around the shops. Last time over we where in George's one evening and a young couple arrived at Serkul Restaurant next door, he had no shirt on. The waiter came over and asked him to go and get a top on. He left and came back ten minutes later with a shirt. I was very pleased as I hate to see someone putting their sweaty back on a cloth seat.
-
Just wondering if the young wife was topless, would the waiter have asked her to put a top on. ;D

But that IS the captain ;D
-
Why was he sitting out the back then!!
-
Surely wearing something is better than not wearing anything. Or have I misunderstood Option 5 on the poll?
-
Unfortunately this is an old old problem and just boils down to ingnorance and the ill-informed tourist. When I was a holiday rep amongst other "need to know" info I would impart, I always mentioned that when visiting our town centre respectable dress was expected. Many years ago I came across a young couple who were looking a bit lost. She had on a bikini and transparent sarong and he in just a pair of shorts. I approached them and informed them that they would not find a beach in town - needless to say they didn't "get it" :-\
The most recent "wrong" sight to date was on Monday. Whilst I was sitting having a cay before catching my bus to Tasyaka behind the Mosque I spotted a couple who got off a bus to go shopping. She had on a polka dot assemble, bikini top and mini rah rah skirt and he topless. As the woman looked no less than about 65 years old it made me wonder whether her brain and her mirror image before departing home had connected at all.
-
Yeah sorry about that
wow, great retort - and made me laugh out loud - nice one Scunner!

Yeah Bubsmum, so true. People just expect to do and dress any way they like without any respect for people or their cultures.
If I wouldn't wear something walking through my own town, I wouldn't wear it in someone else's.
Bare chested youths, men, irrispective of size, looks or age, repulses and horrifies me when I see them walking about in a built up area. Half dressed for beach or pool only IMHO.
-
I don't understand the "certain age" bit of the poll.
Is all allowed when one is 20, a size 8 and has perky boobs?
-
Commendable English, Dutchie!
-
Now you caught me out though ;D
I'm not sure whether you mean it or take the mickey out of me :P
-
I mean it - perky was very impressive :)
-
Perky can be very impressive indeed ;D
