Title: Turkish Will

Good News at last, 3 weeks ago Freda is finally in receipt of her Tapu "in her name" after fighting through the courts for 4-5years to execute her Turkish Will.
We are so pleased for her that this matter is now concluded. Freda can now enjoy her stays in Turkey without the stress, head and heartache of wondering if this matter will ever be finalised.


Thanks to Oksan Palabiyikoglu for all her hard work and research regarding the execution of a Turkish Will to the Last Will and Testament wished of the deceased.

Agreed, who could possibly think that this is acceptable way to spend the five years after the death of you beloved husband? Freda is one of the most gentle, lovely ladies I have ever met - I wish her well in trying to put this sorry episode behind her and to get back to enjoying her times in her apartment.
