Hi, new to this forum have been thinking about selling our villa in calis, Due to the high maintenance cost with the rental companys over in Turkey. 

Can anybody recomend any good resonably prices companys/or individual person?

Why not change your rental company?
If you're serious about selling there are lots of recommendations on here, just have a browse and see what others have to say
