Title: Pelican Bar

Hello,does anybody know if the new version of the pelican bar has opened yet.They were fitting it out when I was over late october,thanks. Mick  8)

Pelican bar has not reopened.
There is a restaurant style building around that spot but there is nothing that could be described as a bar/diner ...well, not yet.

The original name was Kordon restaurant - the Pelican sign was added when the owner realised the pelicans took in more customers than he did.
The new building at the same location has not been rented out to anyone so far.

Had a look inside today.
It has the look of a restaurant.

Thanks amca,  Ali,the guy in the photo said maybe two weeks for opening,turkishtime,haha. Maybe it will be open next time Im over (march)! ;D

Can confirm that the new restaurant has been rented by the old Kordon (Pelican) owners and is open.

At the other end of the park (near the Cultural Centre) was the fish Co-Operative.  Is there any news on if it will return to the same location??
