Title: Tapu name change

My friends tapu is in her former name. Does she have to change it or it it ok as long as she can prove her former name, [ birth certificate, old passport etc.] and how long will it take? thanks

Better ask the tapu office. I personally would change the name when I have time to do it. Paperwork might take time later and you might not have time to wait.

But you will have to pay sales tax again and it's up to 4% I believe
