Hiya

I have just joined this forum so hi to everyone. We have been to Turkey a few times and love it but not been to Calis yet. It looks beautiful and we are planing to visit this year, going at the beg of April ( go on 8th). We are really looking forward to it especially the kids who are 8 and 12.

I have a question which I am not sure where to post so apologies if this isn't the place...

We were wondering if things will be open in  Calis. I understand there is a aqua park, does anyone know if this will be open. Have checked their website but it doesn't say. 

Would really appreciate any help folk could give.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Hope you enjoy your first visit to Calis. The season doesn't really get off the ground until May, many businesses are still refurbing at the moment. Don't know about the Aqua Park sorry, the water would be a bit cold in April, though you might get away with a swim in the sea.

Hi and welcome.we fly out on the 6th I don't think the aqua park is open in April. Our management company doesn't fill the pool until the end of the month but my son braves the sea in April though

Hi Yvonne8 and welcome.
We have visited mid april and found quite a few bars/restaurants open - even more so in Fethiye which is only a dolmus ride away.  The pools can be rather cold if they are filled, although Sunset Beach pool was in use and we did manage a few swims.  It can be lovely during the day but does tend to be a bit chilly at night.
Calis is a lovely place - very friendly and welcoming.  I'm sure others on here can give you more info.
