Having had a tooth extraction today, I have been advised to have a tooth implant as a replacement. Not having had much dental work done here can anyone advise what I should expect to pay for 1 implant. I have 10 days to decide wether to have this work done. I have been quoted a price but would be grateful for any readers advice just so that I know I am not being over charged. Many thanks for any replies I may receive.

I can tell you that it will far less here than in the U.K. Usually about 1/3
There is a 10 page thread on this subject and if you go through it you will get lots of information.

Rimms will be able to tell you when he is feeling a bit better that is..

Why do you only have 10 days to make up your mind?
I was offered an implant years after an extraction.

Not sure about an implant but a bridge that would have been £1200 here in the UK cost me 800TL

The cost can be quite variable, depending on the size of implant, the quality (made in Germany, USA, Turkey, China etc. ) and if there are complications around fitting the implant, low bone density for instance. I think depending on these factors you are looking between £550 to £750

Roughly about 750 a ımplant cannot be done straight away the rod goes ın fırst and then a wait of two months is required before the ımplant can be fıtted but durıng the waiting period the dentist should put a temp one on until you can go back to complete the treatment and to make sure the mouth has settled etc There will be some swelling of the face but usually this happens on the second day and can last a week but a simple cold press will sort ıt out feel free to pm me ıf your worried about anything ;D
